Thermography is a painless,
non-invasive test with
zero exposure to radiation
used to detect changes
in the breast and body

Early detection saves lives – even earlier detection saves more lives.

Medical Thermography is at the forefront of early detection.  It has the ability to detect increased blood flow found with pre-cancerous and cancerous breast tissue often before the body’s sensory organs

Thermography is a simple test with no compression or physical contact with the patient that can indicate early stage breast disease, including, cancer, fibrocystic disease, infections or vascular disease.   Physiologically, heat is generated in and around cells where cancer and disease are developing.  As a tumor grows it develops a blood supply generating an increased metabolic rate, this

rise in temperature compared to the surrounding normal tissue is easily detected with our thermal infrared cameras. Digital Infrared Imaging (DII) can detect and analyze breast tissue with our high-resolution images of these temperature variations.  It is extremely sensitive, able to detect a .02 degree Celsius difference.  It is safe for any age and any stage of life to include pregnant and nursing mothers.

Thermography is the measurement of temperature variations at the body surface. As with the oral thermometer that has been used for many years, changes in temperature indicate disease processes. Finely tuned technology can find abnormalities in human wellness long before the body’s sensory organs can identify them. This is true for breast cancer, thyroid dysfunction, inflammation leading to cancer, heart disease, and other diseases.

In conjunction with other screening processes, it can help to clarify early detection of disease in cases that are too small for anatomical (mammographic) testing as well as aid in decisions for other (surgical) procedures, to include biopsies.
