With a 6 month program we dedicate time to your health and/or life goals and how to obtain them, make positive changes in your life, improve your overall happiness, and concentrate on cooking healthy, quick, easy and affordable meals for yourself (and your family), improving energy level as well as overall quality of life. Erika supports clients to make step-by-step, easily integrated food and lifestyle choices.
Erika was always had an interest in healthy living and holistic healing and enjoys sharing this knowledge with her friends, colleagues, clients and family. She wanted to increase these skills and learn, in a formal training program, how to live a better life through eating well and taking care of oneself. Erika trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where she received a very detailed and careful instruction on how to coach others.
